Subrogation Services, Inc., has been exclusively providing recovery services to the health care industry for over seven years. Based in Eugene, Oregon, our company believes in personal and prompt service for our clients.

Each Client is assigned to a particular person or team that works with your office to ensure that all claims are monitored, and that all possible recoveries are obtained. Quality subrogation work requires diligence, and sometimes fast action to protect claims. We pride ourselves on being there when you call, and in taking action on your behalf the same day. Every reimbursement claim, large and small, gets our full attention.

We have an attorney on staff, knowledgeable in all areas of state law pertaining to subrogation and liens. We are also conversant in the applicable areas of Medicare and Medicaid law, and ERISA.

At Subrogation Services, Inc., we recognize the importance of health information confidentiality, and all of our work is fully HIPAA compliant. Our technical partner, Inteligenz, keeps current on all aspects of security protocol, and has worked with our clients, and with group health carriers and PBMs across the country, to transmit data in a fully HIPAA compliant manner.
