Medicare Advantage Plan

Subrogation Services, Inc., represents numerous companies that have contracts with the federal government to offer Medicare Advantage Plans. Our clients provide coverage for thousands of members throughout the northwest.

Medicare is the secondary payer in most circumstances. They are secondary to available liability insurance in automobile and other tort cases. They are also secondary in many cases to available group health coverage.

At Subrogation Services, Inc., we pursue claims against negligent third parties when our clients' members have been involved in accidents. We investigate claims, file liens, and seek 100% payment made by our clients.

We also provide extensive data mining search services to help find out when Medicare Advantage members have primary coverage through other sources. We are partnered with a high tech computer form, Inteligenz, that works with us to do searches with all major group health carriers and pharmacy benefit managers.

Our subrogation and search services allow our Medicare Advantage clients to recover the payments they have made, and also to avoid making future payments when there is another source of primary coverage.
